Technical indicators
It can be used in closed pipelines with certain process pressure such as pipes and closed tanks. According to the conditions of use, choose a suitable flow-through detector and electrode combination. The electrodes introduced in this article are all KCl replenishment type.
 
According to the installation form, it can be divided into flow-pool installation with flange connection in piping bypass, and direct plug-in installation with screw or flange connection on the side of piping and tank.

● KCl replenishment electrode flow detector
 
The flow-through pH • ORP detector used in combination with KCl replenishment electrodes can be applied to various measurement conditions. There are a variety of liquid junction materials and different types of electrodes to choose from. In order to ensure that the KCl reference solution can flow out normally, the pressure difference between the detector and the measured solution must be maintained at 30KPa ~ 50KPa. It is recommended to use instrument air for pressurization.

pH electrode specifications
The pH electrode uses a glass film with excellent linearity, and the measuring range can reach 0 ~ 14 pH. It also adopts a structure that suppresses the outflow of silver chloride from the liquid junction of the comparative electrode. It can continuously and stably measure under various measuring conditions such as high temperature, dilute solution, reducing solution and so on.
 
Fluoric acid-resistant glass film can be used in a solution containing fluoric acid; in addition, there are organic solvent-resistant electrodes, which are made of Kalrez or Perfluoro (perfluoro rubber) materials, which have a strong resistance. The reference solutions for all electrodes in the table below are 3M potassium chloride (KCl) solutions.

pH electrode specifications
 
The sensing part of the ORP electrode is platinum (Pt), or an alloy (M) mainly made of gold. Platinum electrodes are used for general ORP process control, and alloy electrodes are used for waste water, sewage, urine and feces.
 
Built-in temperature sensor (T), automatic temperature compensation when measuring temperature and calibration of standard solution. The reference electrode (R) has the same structure as the pH reference electrode, and the reference solutions are all 3M potassium chloride (KCl) solutions.

pH / ORP electrode notes
 
● Under standard conditions (electrode and flow cell are used together, the pressurized pressure is 30 ~ 50KPa higher than the process pressure, or no pressurization), the consumption of KCl is about 1 ~ 3mL / 1 day.
● The pH electrode of fluoric acid-resistant glass film can be used in HF solution (-5 ~ 50 ℃) with concentration up to 1000ppm.
● The standard glass membrane pH electrode, used under high temperature (above 50 ℃), high alkalinity (above pH13) conditions will accelerate the deterioration of electrode characteristics, please consult in advance.

When the KCl replenishment type pressure detector uses instrument air to pressurize, this air control device is optional.
 
The pressure can be set between 0 ~ 0.3Mpa or 0 ~ 1.0MPa. Comes with a filter and a pressure reducing valve, connected by a spiral tube for easy installation.

KCI liquid storage tank
 
The KCl storage tank is an option for the universal flow-through detector. The KCl storage tank is an option in the product code.
 
There are two types of KCl storage tanks for pressurized detectors: integrated (approximately 250 mL) and separated (approximately 500 mL).
