A high-precision sensor, including temperature compensation, can maintain 0.1% accuracy in the entire measurement procedure. Designed according to the requirements of the World Meteorological Organization, the sensor is installed in a sturdy polycarbonate ester box to avoid the wind caused Measurement error. At the same time, a vent is set to ensure that the pressure in the box is equivalent and to prevent moisture from entering. The sensor box is installed on the pole of the weather station through a bracket and a pipe clamp. The sensor can be connected to all RTU equipment of ADCON .
Measuring principle
This precise sensor is made in Switzerland and uses the same pressure sensing element as the Adcon LEV1 water level sensor.
The internal piezoresistive sensing element is fully temperature compensated, with an accuracy of 0.1% over the entire range. According to WMO requirements, the sensor is sealed in a sturdy polycarbonate housing to prevent the sensor from producing incorrect readings due to wind gusts. In addition, the sensor is also equipped with a vent to ensure that the pressure inside and outside the housing is the same, while preventing moisture intrusion.
