The wastewater treatment plant digital system includes the STEM-WWTP process intelligent system developed by Professor Shi Hanchang from Tsinghua University, which draws on over 20 years of wastewater treatment process research experience, as well as our company's self-developed municipal sewage treatment plant production management system and equipment operation and maintenance management system based on years of industry experience in municipal wastewater treatment plants. Customers can select the corresponding modules to use individually or in combination according to their needs. With the digital system of the wastewater treatment plant, customers can achieve comprehensive monitoring of the wastewater treatment process, 3D visualization, and remote automatic equipment control, linking equipment archives and operation and maintenance, enabling full-process simulation and plant-wide optimization control such as precise aeration and intelligent dosing control, driving the wastewater plant's transformation toward a smarter and more refined management model.

Constructs plant scene maps and locates related equipment, forming layers for integrated security, production monitoring, and plant operation and maintenance, comprehensively displaying all elements of the wastewater treatment plant, while also supporting users to select special topics for details.

Integrating process sections and pipeline network layouts to present a panoramic view of the wastewater treatment plant, presenting facility distribution and pipeline network directions, with real-time updates of monitoring data and operational results, enabling users to instantly grasp the overall operating status of the wastewater treatment plant.

STEM-WWTP Process Intelligence System

The STEM Model (Sewage Treatment Engineering Model) is a sewage treatment engineering model proposed by Professor Shi Hanchang, led by an expert team led by Professor Shi Hanchang, based on years of international model research and application. It addresses the recent development needs of domestic wastewater treatment plant process simulation and intelligent control, combining the actual process and operational characteristics of wastewater treatment plants.

The STEM-WWTP Process Intelligence System centers on the STEM model. Based on a small number of conventional water quality monitoring indicators, it achieves efficient operation of wastewater treatment plants under optimal conditions through simulation, automatic control systems, and other intelligent methods. Its main applications are as follows:

By using intelligent algorithms to optimize processes, stable dissolved oxygen control is achieved at the end of the biochemical tank, promoting denitrification for hypoxia, saving blower energy consumption, carbon source dosage, and phosphorus removal drug consumption, achieving stable and compliant effluent output, energy and chemical savings, and intelligent operation.
