With the rapid economic development of Zhanjiang City and the rapid increase in water demand, the groundwater source water plants in Xiashan District and the development zone have been unable to meet the water demand for economic development. In order to fundamentally reverse the situation of long-term massive groundwater extraction in the urban area and ensure the water supply and quality of the urban water supply, the city government decided to restart the Xiashan 500,000 cubic meter / day water plant project.
The total construction scale of the first phase of the water supply project in Zhanjiang is 500,000 cubic meters per day. It is implemented in two phases. The first phase is 250,000 cubic meters per day. The largest water supply plant project in the surface water source that has been newly built in 60 years in the development of water supply. The project site is located to the north of X669 County Road in Xiashan District and southwest of Xitingwai Village.
On January 24, 2017, our company won the bid for the automatic control instrument system procurement project of the West Hall Water Plant Phase I of Zhanjiang Water Supply Phase I, with a total amount of 14.8 million yuan. The project includes on-site PLC control system, water quality online monitoring system, central control system, video security monitoring system, fire alarm system and other related subsystems.

This project collects water supply network pressure monitoring, water quality monitoring and source water quality monitoring, and uses information technology to store and analyze various monitoring data. The monitoring data needs to be synchronized with the dispatch system, and the mobile version of the specific monitoring data needs to be developed to realize the data viewing and data warning functions of the mobile terminal. Transform the original flow monitoring system and incorporate it into the new system. The software of the dispatching system is also upgraded, and the subordinate pumping stations and water plants communicate and exchange data. Add the remote transmission data of the secondary pressurized water supply system to the new system. Add 4 pressure points for primary water diversion, 7 pressure points for secondary water diversion, and 3 flow points for remote transmission of data into the system. At the same time, a new dispatch center was built.
On December 16, 2016, our company won the bid for the purchase of water quality and water pressure monitoring equipment and raw water quality monitoring equipment and installation services of the Shishi City Ecological Environmental Protection Bureau. The total amount of the project was 9.381 million yuan. The project includes collecting 60 points of the water supply network for pressure monitoring, transforming the original Xiangzhi flow monitoring system, collecting 30 points of the water supply network for water quality monitoring, and setting up monitoring stations for raw water at two water intakes Water quality monitoring, upgrade the original dispatching system, transform the remote data transmission system of the 10-point secondary pressurized water supply system, and transfer the data to the dispatching center. Reconstruct the remote data transmission system of 4 pressure points for primary water diversion, 7 pressure points for secondary water diversion, and 3 flow points, and transfer the data to the dispatch center.
