1. Installation notes:
1.1 Ambient temperature: 5-40 ℃, below 85% (RH)
1.2 Working power supply: voltage 220 VAC, frequency 50Hz, power supply capacity not less than 550VA
1.3 Water sample condition: water temperature 2-40 ℃, water pressure 0.02-0.05Mpa, flow rate 1-3L / min
1.4 Installation site: Indoor installation, avoid direct sunlight and corrosive gases.

Note: When measuring water samples with NPW, it is necessary to continuously inject water samples within 10 minutes of the start of measurement.
2. Simple operation
2.1 Boot
2.1.1 Put the reagents prepared in the laboratory into the reagent bottle before starting up.
2.1.2 Power on and observe whether the instrument display is normal. If normal, run pure water injection and reagent injection procedures. The reagent injection procedure needs to be run 3 to 5 times. Or manually inject reagents to fill the reagent tubes with reagents.
2.1.3 Check whether the photometer parameters are correct.
2.1.4 According to the width of the photometric cuvette, set the dilution factor of the sample water sample.
2.1.5 Run the cleaning procedure and heating furnace cleaning procedure.
2.1.6 Check whether the blank check process is normal under measurement.
2.1.7 Carry out calibration. After the calibration is passed, run the measurement program.
2.2 Instrument settings:
2.2.1 Shutdown: Operation → Operation → Stop 1 (to enter the shutdown state after the end of the measurement), Stop 2 (immediate shutdown) Select the shutdown mode you need and press ENT
2.2.2 Start of sampling water determination:
Operation → Operation → Start of water sample (at this time, the auto at the top of the display will change to white on black background).
Start of zero water measurement (need to be selected when the maintenance signal is on) Operation → Operation → Start of zero water

3. Routine maintenance:
3.1 Daily maintenance:
3.1.1 Regularly check the water sample supply and filter system for blockage and dirt, and clean the overflow tank and filter.
3.1.2 Check the internal pipelines, pump valves for leaks, abnormal noises and blockages, and clear the pipelines.
3.1.3 Periodically check the amount of reagent in the reagent bottle, replace all reagents once a month, and clean the reagent bottle with pure water every three months

3.2 Half-year maintenance
3.2.1 Check 5 reagent pumps, replace reagent pump check valve, syringe and syringe gasket
3.2.2 Check P8 and P9 pumps, replace P8 and P9 pump hoses
3.2.3 Check whether the reaction tank is dirty, clean the reaction tank with 5% dilute hydrochloric acid, and never change the insertion depth of each internal pipeline when removing the reaction tank.

3.3 Attention points for correction 0 points:
If the 0 point is not corrected, please first check whether it is properly maintained. In addition, reagents and pure water are important reasons that affect the zero-point calibration. You can do the following experimental check: take 5ml water, + 1ml potassium persulfate + 1ml sodium hydroxide reagent, digest for half an hour at 120 degrees, after cooling, + 1ml HCL, then put it in a quartz cuvette and measure at 220nm Absorbance, good reagents and water, the resulting absorbance is very small.
