To ensure the smooth completion of the monitoring operations, the monitoring center carefully planned and divided the entire operation into several flight segments to carry out together. All team members strictly followed the quality control plan, ensuring that monitoring data was true, accurate, and complete, laying a solid foundation for understanding the fundamental ecological environment of the Bohai Sea.

    Now, monitoring operations at 42 stations and 20 stations in the bay section have been successfully completed. It is reported that to strengthen environmental quality monitoring and support the implementation of the comprehensive governance campaign, in accordance with the requirements of the "2019 National Ecological Environment Monitoring Plan," the monitoring center is responsible for monitoring Bohai Sea water quality.

    The center's representative stated that seawater quality monitoring is an important step in the center's resolute battle for comprehensive management of the Bohai Sea, and monitoring in the two bay sections has set a good precedent. The monitoring center will continue to carry out seawater quality monitoring, completing all tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity. It is understood that to accelerate the resolution of Bohai ecological and environmental issues, in November last year, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Natural Resources jointly issued the "Bohai Inductive Management Battle Action Plan," implementing the scale of "three provinces and one municipality."

    The action plan centers on improving ecological environment quality, focusing on the summary and remediation of bay coastal wetlands, shoreline and beach management and correction, and management of marine pollution sources, to ensure that the ecological environment does not deteriorate and that three-year summary management yields tangible results.
