Starting March 25 this year, the third-party testing organization was also commissioned to conduct water quality monitoring of completed black and odorous water bodies (requiring continuous monitoring for 6 months, monitoring every 10 days).

The Ecology and Environment Bureau has entrusted the Environmental Testing Station to conduct monthly water quality sampling and monitoring at thirty-three monitoring sections of thirteen black and odorous water bodies, and issue water quality monitoring reports. Monitoring data for the first quarter shows that all eleven completed remediation of black and odorous water bodies are non-black and odorous; The monitoring results of the two black and odorous water bodies currently being remediated are one with severe black and odorous water.
