Recently, the Henan Province Surface Water Environmental Quality Addition Automatic Station Construction Project (Package B), undertaken by Fuguang Water Services, successfully passed the overall project acceptance organized by the Henan Provincial Ecological Environment Monitoring and Safety Center.

         It is reported that the Henan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment is advancing the protection and management of water environments in the main and tributary waters of the Yellow River, focusing on the construction of beautiful and happy rivers and lakes. They will resolutely implement the national and provincial ecological environment monitoring systems under the 14th Five-Year Plan, deepen the tracing and rectification of sewage outlets entering rivers, strengthen pollution prevention and control, enhance basin cross-section monitoring and early warning capabilities, and carry out the construction of four automated water environment monitoring stations in representative typical areas across the province.
        The expert panel for this acceptance is composed of well-known industry experts from the China National Environmental Monitoring Station, Hubei Ecological Environment Monitoring Office, Puyang Ecological Environment Monitoring Office, Nanyang Ecological Environment Monitoring Station, Luoyang Ecological Environment Monitoring Office, and Shangqiu Ecological Environment Monitoring Station. To ensure the professionalism and standardization of this acceptance work, the expert group conducted on-site inspections of the project construction and held a meeting for evaluation. They concluded that the construction results of the four monitoring stations of the project met the contract design and specification requirements, and that all process steps met quality control requirements, unanimously agreeing to pass the project acceptance.

        The expert acceptance team carefully listened to the project contractor's work report and carefully reviewed the project monitoring report and related materials. An on-site inspection of the construction progress of the automatic water quality monitoring station was conducted, and a comprehensive review was carried out of the station's system configuration, instruments, supporting facilities, and the operation status of the data transmission system. Based on in-depth project discussions, experts put forward constructive suggestions regarding quality management and acceptance documents for water quality monitoring stations.
        After the automatic water quality monitoring station is built, it can continuously monitor water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, permanganate, and other indicators in each basin, monitoring water quality changes in real time and warning of pollution events, providing reliable technical support for scientific decision-making in environmental management.
