-Measuring principle:

 

At a certain temperature and pressure, in an acidic solution, various valence chromium in the water sample is oxidized to hexavalent chromium. Hexavalent chromium and diphenylcarbazide (DPC) produce a purple-red compound, and the spectrophotometric measurement is performed at a wavelength of 540 nm. According to the initial color of the sample, it is different from the color after the color developer is added. Method, and finally calculate the concentration of total chromium.
