HMA-TNI Total Nickel Heavy Metal Analyzer

-Measuring principle:

 

The instrument is detected by colorimetric spectrophotometry, the water sample is digested by high temperature, and the digestion reagent is added to the water sample. The sample is pumped to the high temperature digestion unit. The total nickel in the sample is digested into divalent nickel ions. Divalent nickel ions form an orange-brown colored complex with butadione oxime in an alkaline solution under the environment of an oxidant (ammonium persulfate). Spectrophotometric measurement was carried out at a wavelength of 470 nm. According to the initial color of the sample and the color after adding the developer, the difference between the two was analyzed to analyze the concentration of the sample.
