The new improved sensor amplifier interface allows Adcon RTU to connect up to three standard moisture sensors simultaneously.
The A512 moisture sensor interface is a newly designed amplifier that can connect up to three standard moisture sensors (model 200) at the same time. Compared with the old products, this product can be directly connected with the existing moisture sensor without special plug. In addition, the product can be added and replaced separately.
The moisture sensor has been patented, contains two concentric electrodes placed in a special matrix material, and uses a stainless steel housing. Its special matrix material can reflect the resistance change of the sensor to the extent of the crop growth period. Sensors often absorb or release soil moisture: when the soil dries, the sensor water will decrease and the resistance between the electrodes will increase. The measured resistance is converted to centibar and indicates the moisture absorption of the soil.
The A512 moisture sensor interface is equipped with three special grommets to fix the bare cable of the standard moisture sensor: just pass the cable through the grommet and connect the end of the cable to the cage spring clip inside the interface, then close the cover !

The sensor has been used for many years. Compared with gypsum block, it will not dissolve with time and is not affected by freezing temperature, so it can be used underground all year round.
