Features and benefits

Principle of operation
Filter membrane A and filter membrane B made of special polymer materials are placed in the same stainless steel container and immersed directly in the sampling water. The filter membrane A and the filter membrane B are drawn into the transfer pipe by their respective samples, and connected to the peristaltic pump A and the peristaltic pump B in the controller. The two peristaltic pumps work alternately; during the operation of a peristaltic pump, the sample is filtered by the corresponding filter membrane, drawn into the controller, and then transmitted to the subsequent online water quality analyzer. During the entire working process of the Filtrax sample pretreatment system, the air compressor inside the controller continuously works, and the generated compressed air passes through two air transmission pipes and is transmitted to the exhaust hole at the bottom of each filter membrane; When one of the peristaltic pumps stops working, the suspended particles adsorbed on the surface of the corresponding filter membrane are removed from the surface of the filter membrane. So as to ensure that Filtrax sample pretreatment system can work continuously.
