Technical indicators
- working principle:
NPW-160 total phosphorus detection principle: add potassium persulfate as an oxidant to the sample, digest the water sample to be tested at 120 ℃ for 30min to convert the phosphorus-containing compound into phosphate ion, using ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry (measurement wavelength : 700nm) Detect the total phosphorus content in the water quality, in line with GB11893-89 standard;
NPW-160 total nitrogen detection principle: use potassium persulfate as oxidant, digest the water sample to be tested at 120 ℃ for 30min, convert the nitrogen-containing compound into nitrate, adjust the pH, use ultraviolet spectrophotometry (measurement wavelength: 220nm , 275nm turbidity correction: A = A220-2A275) Analysis of total nitrogen content in water quality, in line with HJ636-2012 national standards.
The detection and analysis methods of the NPW-160 total phosphorus / total nitrogen analyzer are in line with the international GB11893-89 standard.
