Working Principle:

Total phosphorus: (complies with national standard GB11893-89): Using persulfate as the oxidizer, heat and digest at 120°C for 30 minutes, converting phosphides in the water sample into phosphate ions, then measuring the total phosphorus content by molybdenum blue absorption photometry. (Measurement wavelength: 700 nm)

Total nitrogen: (complies with standard HJ636-2012): Use persulfate as the oxidizer, heat at 120°C to dissolve for 30 minutes, converting nitrogen-containing compounds into nitrate ions, and adjust the sample solution pH to 2-3; Ultraviolet absorbance photometry to detect nitrate absorbance.

  • Accurate measurements

    Advanced multi-wavelength detectors can achieve independent or simultaneous monitoring of total nitrogen and phosphorus. The total phosphorus analysis and measurement principles comply with national standard GB11893-89, and total nitrogen analysis and measurement principles comply with national standard HJ636-2012, resulting in more accurate measurements. It also has turbidity compensation functions while measuring total nitrogen.

  • Reduced amount of consumables

    Compared to the NPW-160 analyzer, the NPW-160H Total Phosphorus and Nitrogen Analyzer saves 40% in reagent usage, while also reducing reagent replacement frequency and waste liquid generation.

  • Independent heating and decomposition device

    This total phosphorus and nitrogen analyzer uses a uniquely designed heating and decomposition device to avoid mutual interference. It uses a 120°C, 30-minute thermal decomposition method that meets national standards, resulting in better consistency with laboratory tests.

  • Easy to operate

    The total phosphorus and nitrogen analyzer uses a touchscreen operation interface, allowing operation even when the cabinet door is closed. Long-term data storage supports USB electronic data output, simplifying instrument operation.
