Working Principle:

The NT6800 Total Nitrogen Monitor determines total nitrogen (TN) in water samples based on the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the digestion of alkaline potassium persulfate. Meets current standards HJ/T 102-2003 and HJ 35X-2019, and the measurement data matches well with the national standard method HJ 636-2012 and the hash total nitrogen pre-prepared reagent.

 

Instrument Features:

● The total nitrogen monitor uses a utility model patented digestion heating device for water quality analysis (Patent No.: ZL 202123039489.8), as well as digestion pipes, related heating devices, and components (Patent No.: ZL 202123039494.9) for water quality analysis, ensuring high-speed, efficient digestion, easy maintenance, low cost, and higher reliability.

● The total nitrogen monitor uses a utility model patented multi-channel valve assembly (Patent No.: ZL 202122638366.X), providing stable and reliable sample injection, accelerating the total nitrogen measurement process, and effectively reducing the time for a single measurement to under 30 minutes.

● Original Hash reagents, with publicly available formulas; Raw materials are low-cost and easy to procure, with simple preparation methods and more precise measurements.

● The total nitrogen monitor offers multiple turbidity compensation methods, allowing users to customize the turbidity compensation coefficient, enhancing the instrument's applicability and flexibility.

● The NT6800 Total Nitrogen Monitor features flexible cleaning modes: customizable cleaning modes reduce maintenance workload and extend intervals even under harsh conditions. A new deep cleaning mode has been added to ensure the digestion pipes are clean and tidy.

● The total nitrogen monitor is equipped with Haxi's advanced Prognosys pre-diagnosis technology and Diagnosis technology, providing users with instant and accurate equipment status information for timely maintenance and fault prevention.
   1) Prognosys Prediagnostic Function: Displays on-screen indications for imminent instrument issues and outputs them via digital interfaces, allowing users to take preventive measures in advance. Instructional information provides information needed for planned preventive maintenance and emergency response to unexpected situations, displayed on the screen as a progress bar percentage for easy user identification.
   2) Diagnosis self-diagnosis function: can automatically diagnose instrument status, display diagnostic results on the screen, query diagnostic information, and output via digital interface.
