Product Overview:

The NP5800 total phosphorus online automatic monitor uses the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry method to determine total phosphorus (TP) in water samples. This instrument strictly complies with current standards HJ/T 103-2003 "Technical Requirements for Automatic Total Phosphorus Water Quality Analyzers," HJC-ZY97-2022 "Testing Operation Manual for Automatic Total Phosphorus Monitors," HJ 35X-2019 "Technical Specifications for Installation, Acceptance, and Operation of Online Monitoring Systems for Water Pollution Sources (CODCr, NH3-N, etc.)," and the NP5800 total phosphorus online monitor measurement data according to the national standard GB 11893-89 and the hash total phosphorus pre-prepared reagent have good compatibility, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of detection results for complex water samples such as industrial wastewater and municipal sewage.

● Intelligent Pre-Diagnosis: Equipped with advanced Prognosys pre-diagnosis technology and Diagnosis technology in Hax, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of equipment maintenance.
   1) The maintenance action sequence function of the Hash Online Instrument Software Platform allows for the creation of diverse maintenance action lists on site, such as instrument cleaning, reagent infusion and personalized calibration, and sample backtesting. Common maintenance combinations such as instrument cleaning and refill are all performed with one click, greatly improving operation and maintenance efficiency and reducing personnel time spent on site.
   2) Prognosys Prediagnostic Function: Displays on-screen indications for imminent instrument issues and outputs them via digital interfaces, allowing users to take preventive measures in advance. Instructional information provides information needed for planned preventive maintenance and emergency response to unexpected situations, displayed on the screen as a progress bar percentage for easy user identification.
   3) Diagnosis self-diagnosis function: can automatically diagnose instrument status, display diagnostic results on the screen, query diagnostic information, and output diagnostic information via digital interface.
