Product Overview:

The HACH Polymetron NA9600 sc sodium ion analyzer uses a sodium glass electrode to monitor sodium ion concentration, with a range of 0-10,000 ppb and a detection limit as low as 0.01 ppb. This online sodium ion analyzer features automatic electrode activation and system calibration, fast response, and low maintenance requirements, making it especially suitable for sodium ion monitoring in various industrial water treatment processes.

 

Working Principle:

The HACH Polymetron NA9600 sc is based on the principle of direct potentiometric measurement and achieves precise monitoring through the following technical process:

  • Electrode response

    Sodium glass electrodes respond specifically to sodium ions in water samples, generating potential signals related to sodium ion concentration according to the Nernst equation.

  • Signal conversion

    The potential difference between the measuring electrode and the reference electrode is precisely detected and converted into the corresponding sodium ion concentration value.

  • Temperature compensation

    The built-in temperature sensor provides real-time temperature compensation, ensuring measurement accuracy under different water temperature conditions.
