Working Principle:

The incandescent light emitted by the sensor light source component of the 1720E low-range turbidity analyzer enters the turbidity analyzer downward, where it encounters suspended particles in the sample and scatters light. The photodetector immersed in the water sample can detect scattered light at a 90° angle to the incident light beam. The continuously flowing water sample passes through a bubble elimination system, which removes air bubbles carried in the sample flow, ensuring the turbidity meter is unaffected by changes in sample flow rate and pressure during measurement, thereby eliminating the main interference factor in low-range turbidity measurement. This is a low-range turbidity analyzer specially designed for precise low-range turbidity measurement.

 

Application Industries:

The 1720E low-range turbidity analyzer can be used for turbidity monitoring of pre-filter, post-filtration, sedimentation, and effluent water in water supply plants, municipal pipeline water quality monitoring, industrial process water quality monitoring, and turbidity monitoring of circulating cooling water, activated carbon filter effluent, and membrane filtration effluent. It is a stable and widely applicable low-range turbidity meter.

● The 1720E low-range turbidity analyzer has a built-in bubble elimination system, ensuring the instrument is unaffected by flow rate and pressure, effectively preventing interference and providing excellent reproducibility.

● This turbidity analyzer uses USEPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) certification methods, offering stronger data versatility.

● The 1720E turbidimeter offers flexible calibration, supporting both 0 and 20 NTU two-point calibration methods—recommended calibration methods; You can also perform single-point calibration by comparison: choose any point within the range of 1-40 NTU.

● The 1720E low-range turbidity meter has multiple auxiliary units displayed besides NTU, including FTU, TE/F, MG/L, providing more data interpretation options.

● This turbidity meter is very easy to clean and maintain; Calibration is performed every three months to reduce maintenance costs.
