Measurement Method:

1) When the QL3550 TOC Total Organic Carbon Analyzer uses pure oxygen as the carrier gas, it oxidizes organic substances in water by combining UV persulfate and hydroxyl radicals, and measures carbon dioxide concentration by NDIR, thereby completing the determination of total organic carbon in water.

2) When the QL3550 TOC Total Organic Carbon Analyzer uses instrument air as the carrier gas, it uses UV persulfate oxidation to oxidize organic substances in the water, and uses NDIR to measure carbon dioxide concentration, thereby completing the determination of total organic carbon in the water.

Both methods for measuring under carrier gas conditions can efficiently and stably determine total organic carbon in water quality, ensuring the QL3550 TOC analyzer's flexibility and accuracy under different environmental conditions.

1) The QL3550 TOC Total Organic Carbon Analyzer features excellent sensitivity and can accurately measure low concentrations of TOC. It can be widely used in the measurement of total organic carbon such as reverse osmosis water, condensate, and makeup water in industries such as electronics and power.

2) The TOC total organic carbon analyzer supports automatic switching between two ranges, automatically adjusting the measurement range within different concentration ranges, offering high accuracy and detecting TOC concentrations as low as ppb.

3) TOC Total Organic Carbon Detector Low maintenance cost and volume: 4mm inner diameter sample inlet pipeline with built-in flow cell, no pretreatment required for samples, simplifying the sample processing process and saving pretreatment costs.

4) The QL3550 TOC Total Organic Carbon Analyzer adopts innovative technology. The measurement process does not use alkaline reagents, eliminating measurement interference caused by carbon dioxide dissolving into alkaline reagents, and effectively reducing the difficulty for operators in preparing reagents.

5) The TOC Total Organic Carbon Analyzer features a user-friendly human-machine interface and a high-definition touchscreen, making data downloading and software updates convenient. The multi-level management mode makes it easy for users to manage their instruments.
