Product Overview:

The QL3580I Condensate Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer is a precision instrument specifically designed for high-purity water quality monitoring in industries such as power, chemical, and metallurgy. This product uses UV persulfate oxidation and NDIR detection technology to accurately determine the TOC content in condensate water, effectively monitor water quality in thermal systems, prevent corrosion and scaling caused by organic pollutants, and ensure long-term stable operation.

 

Measurement Method:

QL3580I condensate total organic carbon detector uses advanced measurement methods, with the following specific steps:

1. The water sample enters the reactor and reacts with acid, converting the inorganic carbon in the sample into carbon dioxide;

2. Using air without carbon dioxide (instrument air) as the carrier gas to discharge carbon dioxide converted into inorganic carbon; at this point, the NDIR detector can detect total inorganic carbon (TIC);

3. Then oxidize the water sample with TIC (total inorganic carbon) removed;

4. After oxidation is completed, the carbon dioxide converted into organic carbon is discharged through carrier gas and detected by an NDIR detector to determine the total organic carbon (TOC) content.
