Product Overview:

The HACH COD-203A COD Manganese Manganese Online Water Quality Analyzer is a professional device specifically designed for low-concentration COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand, i.e., Permanganate Index CODMn) monitoring. Its core uses acidic/alkaline potassium permanganate titration combined with redox potential titration technology to accurately reflect the organic matter content in surface water, drinking water, seawater, and other water bodies. It perfectly meets the needs of low-range (CODMn) point source online monitoring, providing stable and reliable continuous data support for water organic pollution control.

 

Working Principle:

At 100°C, the COD-203A COD analyzer uses acidic potassium permanganate titration or alkaline potassium permanganate titration, and employs redox potential titration to determine chemical oxygen demand.

  • 1. Redox potential titration measurement

    At 100°C, use the acidic potassium permanganate method or the alkaline potassium permanganate method. Measurements are performed using redox potential titration methods.

  • 2. Anti-clogging design with low maintenance requirements

    No solenoid valve is used; pipelines are backwashed before each measurement to prevent pipeline blockages and other accidents.

    Air nozzles to prevent burette clogging.

  • 3. Easy operation and user-friendly operation

    Equipped with an LCD display supporting a fully Chinese interface, with clear and easy-to-understand icon-based menus, and convenient functions such as parameter settings, data queries, and fault checks.

 

Application Areas:

The COD-203A COD detector can perform point-source monitoring of CODMn (Permanganate Index) in surface water, drinking water, seawater, and raw water.
