Product Overview:

The CODmax III COD online detector is a next-generation chemical oxygen demand monitoring solution launched by Hash Companies. This instrument adopts the high-temperature digestion principle of potassium dichromate that complies with national standards such as HJ 377-2019, combined with advanced photometric measurement technology, providing highly reliable COD data support for pollution source monitoring, industrial process control, and surface water monitoring. Its innovative anti-fouling design and intelligent pre-diagnostic system significantly enhance equipment stability and operational efficiency.

 

Working Principle:

The new generation CODmax III COD online detector uses the potassium dichromate method for high-temperature digestion, while the COD detector uses the photometric method to measure sample absorbance, achieving precise analysis and determination through the linear relationship between absorbance and the COD value of the water sample. This CODmax III COD detector meets the requirements of the new standards HJ 377-2019 and HJ 35X-2019. Its measurement data matches well with the laboratory method HJ 828-2017, making it a highly reliable rapid COD detector.

The instructional information provided by CODmax III feedback provides information needed for planned preventive maintenance and emergency responses, displayed on the screen as a progress bar percentage for easy user identification.

Diagnose self-diagnostic function: The CODmax III COD online detector can automatically diagnose instrument status, display diagnostic results on the screen, query diagnostic information, and output via digital interface, making it convenient for users to check and analyze the device's operating status at any time.
