Working Principle:

SG or ES series remote quality control instruments for online water quality monitoring (with the ES series being customized products) use advanced human-machine interfaces combined with IO boards as the control core. The water quality control instrument uses sample tank volume-consuming purified water and a calibration pump to precisely measure the mother liquor, enabling precise configuration of standard solution verification and marking recovery, providing the required water samples for online instruments. Before each operation, the water quality monitoring and quality control instrument cleans and empties the sample pool to ensure the accuracy of standard liquid verification and recycling.

To meet the water sample requirements for online instruments, methods such as sample pool purified water with volume-consuming purified water and a marking pump can be used to measure the mother liquor, precisely preparing the standard solution for verification and marking recovery. Before each use of the water quality monitoring quality control instrument, the sample pool is cleaned and emptied to ensure the accuracy of standard solution verification and marking recovery. This ensures that the quality of water samples meets monitoring standards. ● Dynamic Marking: The water quality online quality control instrument supports both dynamic and static tagging recovery modes. Dynamic scaling mode: automatically adjusts scaling amount based on water sample measurements; Static marking mode: recycles marking based on the set amount of marking.

● Automatic maintenance: The internal pipelines of the water quality monitoring quality control instrument can perform self-cleaning and self-draining to eliminate residual contamination and memory effects of samples;

● Small footprint: The water quality monitoring quality control instrument has built-in precision dilution components and adopts a miniaturized flow path design, ensuring high performance while minimizing space usage, facilitating on-site installation and integration;
