Online Analyzer
EZ6000 Series Water Quality Heavy Metal Detector—Arsenic Analyzer
Measurement Method:
The Hach EZ6000 series online arsenic analyzer uses the anodic leaching voltammetry (ASV), a sensitive and reliable electrochemical analysis method that analyzes the current-voltage curve during electrode surface oxidation to accurately measure arsenic content. This method involves the enrichment and dissolution of metal ions on the electrode surface, with selective oxidation reactions occurring on this electrode during the dissolution stage. All steps in the analysis process, including sampling, sample transfer, cleaning, and data exchange, are controlled via industrial-grade PC panels to ensure ease of operation and data accuracy.
Application Industries:
This arsenic analyzer is widely used for detecting arsenic ions/total arsenic in surface water, drinking water, mineral water, and sewage outlets, providing important data support for water quality safety.
Instrument Features:
• The online arsenic analyzer uses sensitive electrochemical analysis methods, offering excellent performance and simple operation, suitable for various water quality testing needs
• The EZ6000 arsenic analyzer is controlled and communicates via an industrial panel computer, supporting up to eight channel analyses
• The online arsenic analyzer features automatic calibration and automatic cleaning, with electronic gas components fully separated from the instrument's wet zone, making maintenance convenient
• The EZ6000 arsenic analyzer features expanded data communication and exchange capabilities to meet complex data management needs
• Online arsenic analyzers consume low samples and reagents, reducing operating costs
