MS9000 Online Multi-Parameter Fully Automatic Water Quality Detector
Product Overview:
The MS9000 Multi-Parameter Water Quality Monitor is a compact automatic water quality monitoring system designed specifically for outdoor scenarios. It integrates water collection and distribution units, pretreatment units, multi-parameter analysis units, control units, data acquisition and transmission units, as well as air conditioning, UPS power supplies, and other components, occupying an area of only 2 square meters. The system is equipped with Hashe's mature online monitoring technology, capable of continuously monitoring nine core water quality indicators including water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen. It meets the long-term stable operation needs of outdoor unattended scenarios, offering high reliability, low maintenance, and wide versatility, suitable for monitoring multiple scenarios such as surface water and drinking water sources.
Working Principle:
The MS9000 multi-parameter water quality monitor comes with water collection, distribution, pretreatment, and backblowing self-cleaning devices. The system is controlled by an industrial computer as the main unit and PLC as the control slave, controlling the entire sampling process. Water samples are collected via an external pump controlled by the system; Tap water is used for pipeline self-cleaning, ensuring long-term use of the sampling pretreatment system and filtration device, and reducing equipment maintenance.
Instrument Features:
-
Integrated design
The MS9000 fully automatic water quality detector features an integrated design and occupies a small footprint. It facilitates relocation, transportation, and installation, reducing environmental impact and the waste of human, material, and financial resources. The MS9000 online multi-parameter water quality detector adopts an integrated automatic water quality monitoring design, capable of continuous monitoring of nine water quality parameters, including water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen.
-
Lower maintenance requirements
The MS9000 multi-parameter fully automatic water quality detector is specifically designed for unattended applications. The industrial control computer (including peripherals such as monitors) provides on-site operators with a good human-machine interface (system workflow, real-time data, reports, historical data query and export, parameter settings, instrument and system status, etc.). According to the instrument fault notification, on-site operators can promptly analyze and identify the cause of the fault and carry out on-site maintenance.
-
Comprehensive communication functions
The MS9000 multi-parameter fully automatic water quality detector uses the TCP/IP communication protocol and interacts with the information center server according to the HJ 212-2017 data transmission standard. Authorized managers can monitor the on-site operation of the fully automatic water quality detector in real time via the web, control and analyze the monitoring data collected by on-site instruments, and report qualified data to relevant management departments and enterprises via the internet. The abnormal operation of the online automatic monitoring instruments will be reported to the monitoring equipment maintenance unit. Additionally, the system supports Modbus RTU communication protocol, enabling third-party integrated system data collection.
Application Areas:
-
Surface water river cross-section monitoring
-
Monitoring of drinking water sources
-
Urban inland river monitoring
