Product Overview:

As a multi-parameter online water quality analyzer, the MS6100 automatic water quality analyzer can continuously monitor seven parameters: residual chlorine, total chlorine, turbidity, pH, ORP, conductivity, and temperature. The turbidity module of this multi-parameter online water quality analyzer uses 360° x 90° detection technology, featuring precise measurement, low maintenance requirements, and flexible configuration. It is especially suitable for applications requiring efficient automated monitoring such as drinking water networks, secondary water supply, and pool water.

 

Working Principle:

The MS6100 integrates multiple advanced detection technologies and achieves precise multi-parameter monitoring through an intelligent sensing system:

  • Residual chlorine/total chlorine detection

    Using DPD photometry, chlorine in the water sample reacts with N,N-diethyl-1,4-phenylenediamine to form a red compound, which is determined by colorimetry.

  • Turbidity detection

    Using innovative 360° ×90° scattered light detection technology, scattered light signals are collected from all angles around the incident light beam, significantly improving measurement accuracy.

  • Electrochemical parameter detection

    pH/ORP/conductivity is electrochemically used, temperature is measured using NTC30K sensors, all with automatic temperature compensation.

 

Instrument Features:

  • Integrated design

    Integrated design with a small footprint. Continuous monitoring of seven water quality parameters, including residual chlorine, total chlorine, turbidity, pH, ORP, conductivity, and temperature.

  • Flexible configurations available

    Optional single/dual-channel chlorine modules to simultaneously monitor total chlorine and residual chlorine parameters. Optional electrochemical modules; pH/ORP/conductivity electrodes can be configured according to requirements.

  • Lower maintenance requirements

    Specifically designed for unattended applications. Water and power outages can be automatically protected and restored. If water or liquid leakage is detected internally, it can automatically cut off the water flow to prevent the instrument from being flooded. Chlorine measurement intervals are adjustable, ensuring reagent replacement cycles are at least once every 3 months, resulting in low reagent consumption.

  • Comprehensive communication functions

    Equipped with 2 RS485 interfaces (supporting MODBUS protocol and Hach SC protocol). Uses the standard RTU Modbus communication protocol. It also offers an optional 7-channel isolation output of 4-20 mA, making it convenient for users to transmit data to the data processing and monitoring center.
