Product Overview:

The MS5050 is a highly integrated panel-type online water quality analyzer, specifically designed for secondary water supply, rural drinking water, and similar scenarios. It integrates monitoring of multiple parameters such as residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide, pH, temperature, and turbidity, making installation simple and requiring low maintenance.

 

Working Principle:

  • 1. Residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide probe

    It uses a constant voltage method and is equipped with a three-electrode structure (working electrode, counter electrode, and reference electrode). Integrates pH glass electrodes and PT100 temperature electrodes, and uses built-in algorithms to dynamically compensate for interference with pH fluctuations and temperature changes in residual chlorine measurement in real time.

  • 2. Turbidity probe

    Based on the 90° scattering principle, the light source uses warm white LEDs (color temperature 3200K). Complies with USEPA 180.1 standards.

  • 3. ORP probe

    Based on a composite electrode structure of platinum electrodes and reference electrodes, it is used for accurate measurement of redox capacity in water.

  • 4. Conductivity

    Uses graphite four-electrode measurement technology, with built-in PT100 temperature compensation. It enables accurate conductivity measurement over a wide range (0-100 mS/cm).

 

Instrument Features:

● The online multi-parameter water quality detector uses composite residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide electrodes, enabling a single probe to output residual chlorine (chlorine dioxide), pH, and temperature parameters.

● Chlorine electrodes are made of gold material for greater stability.

● The electrode has built-in dual compensation functions for temperature and pH, using a unique algorithm to reduce the impact of lower temperature and flow rate on residual chlorine and pH value. This electrode achieves a film-free system without filler liquid; Used under drinking water conditions, requiring low maintenance.

● Turbidity sensor LED detection light source compliant with USEPA 180.1 standard color temperature and approved under USEPA 40 CFR 141.74(a)(1). The maximum resolution can reach 0.001 NTU, allowing long-term stable operation.

● The instrument is factory-calibrated, easy to install, simple to operate, and can be optionally equipped with conductive and ORP probes as needed.

● The instrument takes up little installation space, is easy to maintain, and requires minimal professional expertise from operators.
