Product Overview:

The Hash MS5056 series industrial panel multi-parameter online analyzer is an integrated monitoring device specially designed for complex industrial water quality scenarios, including two main models: the MS5056 basic / Lite model and the upgraded MS5056 Pro model. The system centers on a "panel-style compact design" and can flexibly equip key parameter sensors such as residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide, pH, turbidity, conductivity, and ORP, adapting to industrial RO membrane pretreatment, cooling circulating water, high chlorine, and seawater scenarios. Through technologies such as film-free and filler-free electrodes, EPA-standard turbidity detection, and a self-cleaning flow tank (exclusive to the Pro model), it achieves "low maintenance, anti-pollution, and high precision" monitoring, providing reliable data support for industrial water quality process control and equipment protection.

 

Working Principle:

  • Residual chlorine / chlorine dioxide probe: constant voltage method

    It adopts the constant voltage measurement principle, featuring a three-electrode structure (working electrode, counter electrode, and reference electrode), and integrates a pH glass electrode with a PT100 temperature electrode, solving pH and temperature compensation for residual chlorine measurement under complex working conditions, ensuring high accuracy and stability of measurement results;

  • Turbidity probe: 90° scattering method

    The light source uses warm white LEDs (color temperature 3200K), measuring water turbidity based on the 90° scattering principle, complying with EPA-180.1 standards, effectively measuring turbidity changes under different water quality conditions;

  • ORP probe: platinum composite electrode method

    Composite electrode structures based on platinum and reference electrodes, used for accurate measurement of redox capacity in water, widely applied in water quality monitoring and chemical treatment processes;

  • Conductivity: Graphite four-electrode method

    Graphite four-electrode measurement principle, with built-in PT100 temperature compensation, enables accurate conductivity measurement over a wide range (0-100 mS/cm), suitable for conductivity monitoring of various water quality types.

    Flexible multi-parameter options: core supports residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide (choose one), pH, turbidity, conductivity and ORP probes available, and can be combined as needed to meet monitoring needs in different industrial scenarios.

    Resistance to harsh environments: Suitable for high-chlorine and seawater scenarios, CPVC residual chlorine electrodes and titanium alloy turbidity probes, resistant to corrosive water and extending equipment lifespan.

  • 2. MS5056 Basic / Lite: Exclusive for RO pre-membrane monitoring

    Targeted optimization: Focuses on pre-industrial RO membrane water quality monitoring, with high accuracy for residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide monitoring to prevent chlorine residue corrosion of the RO membrane;

    Core Compatibility: Low-maintenance electrode + high-resolution turbidity detection ensures stable water quality for RO membrane influent, reducing membrane contamination and replacement costs.

  • 3. MS5056 Pro Model: Upgraded version for complex water quality (circulating water).

    Self-cleaning flow tank: Standard with active cleaning function, automatically rinses dirt from probe surfaces, suitable for cooling circulating water and other high-suspended matter, prone to scaling.

    Pollution-resistant turbidity probe: Embedded optical glass detection channel for stronger anti-contamination capability, preventing microorganisms and sediment from adhering to circulating water, affecting turbidity measurement accuracy.
