Used for surface water and tap water TOC content monitoring and TOC removal rate determination. Complies with standard method 5310C and EPA method 415.1.

Principle of analysis
The instrument adopts ultraviolet light / persulfate oxidation method.
The sample is first acidified to oxidize the total inorganic carbon (TIC) in the water to carbon dioxide; then the carrier gas is used to blow out the carbon dioxide; then persulfate is added to the water sample and oxidized with ultraviolet light (UV). TOC) is completely oxidized to carbon dioxide; then the carrier gas is used to bring the carbon dioxide into the infrared detector (NDIR) to detect the carbon dioxide concentration and convert the TOC concentration.
