Traditional total nitrogen digestion methods are not only time-consuming but also complicated in operation, making it difficult to meet the analytical testing needs of large quantities of samples. The GANIMEDE (IL500) total nitrogen analyzer, developed and marketed by HACH, can perform automatic digestion and measurement of total inorganic nitrogen and total organic nitrogen. The GANIMEDE (IL500) automatic total nitrogen analysis system consists of three units: the control unit, the sample conversion unit, and the digestion and analysis unit.

Instrument Features:

The analysis process with the GANIMED Total Nitrogen Analyzer is simple: sample information is input into the control unit, and the automatic injector automatically injects samples into the digestion and analysis units. Automatic needle flushing and needle sample mixing functions ensure the accuracy of total nitrogen measurement results and contamination-free sampling.

1) The GANIMED Total Nitrogen Analyzer has an automatic injector for 36 sample bottles, and an optional automatic injector for 53 sample bottles is also available.

2) The GANIMED total nitrogen detector can automatically clean the pipeline after each measurement gap to avoid carrying effects on the pipeline;

3) This total nitrogen detector features wireless infrared communication connectivity and an RS232 interface, facilitating data download;

4) The total nitrogen analyzer uses pre-prepared reagents, which can greatly shorten the preparation time for reagents;

5) The pipeline of the GANIMEDE total nitrogen analyzer analysis system allows particles up to 100μm in size to pass through;

6) Total nitrogen measurement requires no sample preparation process, no fume hood use, and no contact with toxic or hazardous reagents, making the entire analysis process time-saving and safe;

7) The same controller can simultaneously manage both GANIMEDE P and GANIMEDE N analysis systems.
