Product Overview:

The HACH DR6000 ultraviolet spectrophotometer is the fourth-generation spectrophotometer product launched by HACH Corporation. As a professional DR6000 quasi-dual-beam UV-visible spectrophotometer, it comes preloaded with over 250 measurement programs and can directly read concentration values without the need for calculations. This UV-visible spectrophotometer can automatically identify hash barcode reagents and is equipped with a color touchscreen, making it a UV-visible spectrophotometer that can basically cover the entire industry.

 

Working Principle:

The DR6000 ultraviolet spectrophotometer uses the spectrophotometric method, utilizing the selective absorption of certain wavelengths of light to identify substances or determine their content.

 

Instrument Features:

● More than 250 preset measurement programs allow measurement of various parameters such as TOC, heavy metals, and nutrients (for measured parameters, refer to Table 6 on page 17 of HACH Water Quality Analysis Instrument Laboratory and Portable Instrument Volume "List of Measurement Parameters for Hash Spectrophotometers and Colorimeters"), helping users save time and making it an efficient choice for ultraviolet spectrophotometers.

● Optional application software packages include analysis of drinking water, beer, etc. No need to purchase additional instruments; a single device can meet multi-field testing needs, combining the multifunctionality of a dual-beam ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer with the practicality of a visible light spectrophotometer.

● Supports rapid scanning and can be integrated with simple LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to achieve automatic synchronization of water quality testing data.

● Automatically recognizes pre-prepared reagents for hash barcodes, automatically measures 10 values at different positions, removes outliers and takes the average, displaying the final average value in about 10 seconds. Combined with the hash pre-prepared reagent, the steps are greatly reduced, and the process is comparable to standard methods, with accuracy meeting the professional standards for dual-beam UV-visible spectrophotometers.

● Equipped with real-time monitoring capabilities during the experimental process, allowing users to access calibration data, batch numbers, measurement steps, and raw data at any time. Data traceability is clear, meeting laboratory quality control requirements, and it places greater emphasis on standardized testing than ordinary visible light spectrophotometers.

● Equipped with powerful data storage capabilities, capable of storing 5,000 data sets and 200 user-defined programs, improving analysis efficiency, with data storage capacity far exceeding conventional ultraviolet spectrophotometers.

● Equipped with an intuitive menu navigation system and a 7-inch color touchscreen, the user interface is simple and easy to understand. Even first-time users can quickly get started, with operation convenience superior to traditional button-type spectrophotometers.

● Compatible with various models of cuvettes, with optional rotary adapters, digesters, and flow cell modules for continuous analysis. The equipment offers strong compatibility and can flexibly handle different inspection scenarios.

● Highly malleable, can connect to printers, and features three USB and Ethernet ports for fast data transfer and LAN connection, with more flexible data sharing methods.

● Built-in three-level password protection, permission setting, and timing functions, allowing operation permissions to be assigned according to personnel responsibilities, preventing unauthorized personnel from modifying parameters and ensuring the security of test data.

● Supports customized applications to fully meet high-precision measurement requirements.

● Built-in AQA enables the ultraviolet spectrophotometer to have planning, management, and recording functions.
