　　For the continuous flow activated sludge treatment process, the internal return flow from the aeration tank to the anoxic tank and the amount of additional carbon source added to the denitrification anoxic tank are optimized (or only a single variable is optimized) to stably control nitrate removal in the anoxic stage of secondary biological treatment, ensuring total nitrogen compliance and reducing the amount of additional carbon source added.
