Product Overview:
The LDO II AQ/AQS series are dissolved oxygen sensors specially designed for aquaculture scenarios by Hash, available in two models: LDO II AQ (freshwater use) and LDO II AQS (seawater use). The core uses fluorescence measurement for dissolved oxygen and is equipped with 3D calibration technology, calibrated before leaving the factory, achieving "out-of-the-box" functionality; No need to replace membranes or electrolytes; the overall design is convenient and durable, suitable for on-site pond patrols and online aeration control needs in aquaculture.
Working Principle:
Based on fluorescence filmless measurement technology, the specific process is as follows:
1. The sensor probe is covered with a layer of fluorescent material, and the LED light source emits blue light to illuminate the material, causing it to emit red light;
2. Simultaneously set another LED light source to emit red light as a reference reference for blue light emission time;
3. The spot pool detects the "fluorescence lifetime" of fluorescent substances from emitting red light to returning to ground state, which is inversely proportional to oxygen concentration (the higher the oxygen concentration, the shorter the fluorescence lifetime);
4. Based on the correspondence between fluorescence lifetime and oxygen concentration, it automatically calculates and outputs dissolved oxygen concentration, eliminating the need to rely on diaphragms to transmit signals between electrolytes.
