Microbiological analyzer laboratory steps:

  • 1: Put the piece of paper in the Petri dish with sterile forceps
     

  • 2: Pour the medium into the immersion paper

  • 4: Add 100mL of the mixed sample to the funnel, vacuum filter, and rinse the funnel wall with 20-30mL of sterile buffer

  • 5: Stop the suction filtration and transfer the filter membrane to the Petri dish in step 2

  • 6: The filter membrane is facing upwards with a grid line. Count the microscope or magnifying glass and gently shake the petri dish to drive off the air bubbles, so that the filter membrane is completely attached to the paper.

  • 7: 35 ± 0.5 ℃ or 44.5 ± 0.2 ℃ upside down culture for 24 hours
     

  • 8: Counting with microscope or magnifying glass
