Hach HACH's GLI 3 / 4-inch composite pH / ORP sensor has a variety of materials and installation methods, and can be used in various environments that require pH and ORP measurement; especially suitable for frequent replacement of sensors in municipal sewage and industrial wastewater In harsh environments. Universal sensor

 

The general-purpose pH / ORP sensor body is made of RytonR material, with 3 / 4-inch NPT threads on both ends. The sensor can be installed directly as a flow-through in a standard 3 / 4-inch tee or fixed to the end of a tube as an immersion installation. Flow-through / submersible mounting components are available in a variety of materials to meet a variety of different applications.

 

 

 

Plug-in sensor

 

The plug-in pH / ORP sensor has a long, non-threaded body of PVDF material with two VitonR seals, which acts as a seal when used with Hach plug-in mounting components. The electrode is inserted into and withdrawn from a pipe or container without interrupting the process flow.

 

 

 

Hygienic sensor

 

The sanitary pH sensor has a PVDF body with 316 stainless steel liner and a 2-inch flange. The sensor is matched to a standard 2-inch three-chuck fitting. The optional Hach hygienic installation kit includes a standard 2-inch hygienic tee, hygienic clamping device, and VitonR hygienic washer.
